Changing from Stablon to Tianeurax, a generic

As mentioned in an earlier post, I am very satisfied with my combo of six drugs, one of them Stablon (branded tianeptine), but now a pharmacist at my local pharmacy says they are not allowed to import Stablon from Austria to Norway any longer, so I have to start using a generic tianeptine from Germany Tianeurax.

Can I risk to lose the effect from tianeptine when I change from Stablon to the same dose of Tianeurax, or can I risk side effects? Are there anyone out there who have used Stablon and changed to Tianeurax and how did it work? Tianeurax is from the company neuraxpharm in Germany do anyone know if they are reliable?
It is my worst nightmare if my anxiety and depression return because of a generic like this.
