When my husband had a heart incident/ stroke (yes both) this summer, the very 1st thing the cardio & Neuro team did was put him of 20mg of Prozac, Tramadol for the pain and metropolol.
I asked about serotonin syndrome with 150mg of Tramadol & Prozac, they said it was a small risk and were not concerned.
I even discussed it with pdoc and she said the risk was there, but rare.
