thanks for your post....i have read over couple times, it takes me a while to absorb stuff....the main thing about the vitamen and B6 and B12 is that there important on maintaining energy and metabolism....that definetly is mild problem to think about but i've taken lots of vitamen b and still felt like crud...
see if you look at it....the first letters in the word depression is "depress" which means to another "decompress" which means it slows down, or loses its energy, in both mind, and body....and thats what happens in my view of depression.....
but if you think about it there are many types of depression, there melancholic, nostalgia, unipoler, unstable, lots of terms and they all have to be treated iwth their own varies of nuerotrasmitter deregulation.....but really being depressed is a part of life.....can't be high or happy all the time, and of corse there's certain people who are.....but to feel natrual there has to be bad times....its just when bad times turn into bad life terms....not wanting to get out of the bed because how horrible someone feels....
a patient should have a doctor that is willing to work, and not just tip around the bush and not really do much, there's been many doctors that viewed me someone whos full of exaggeration.....and didnt take me seriously....so on my own i had to figure out a way to work around their arrogance and pride stupity.
