I currently take 7.5mg of Deplin, as an adjunct to Lamictal. I think it helps a little, but as you said it certainly is not anything robust. I've never tried the higher 15mg dose. I see a new doctor in three weeks and am going to discuss. I have a feeling I'll probably drop it though. Apparently the best application for Deplin is as an adjunct to SSRI it is supposed to make the AD work sooner.

I haven't heard about it having anti-inflammatory properties that is interesting.
