I expected it to upset my stomach, but at 12.5mg, its not doing that, and I dont have side effects, like feeling spacey or revved up. Helping me with sleep too. I dont know why its working, but I will stick with it, since the dose is so small. A pharmacist told me that the ssris can work for pain, tho not used by many for that purpose
