can Risperidone augment antidepressants to battle

I always suspect that I have different kinds of mental disorders like schizophrenia,bipolar disorder,etc.I'm not sure though.And I couldn't stop from taking various meds to treat the disorders that I suspect I have. I know this is dangerous, but I cannot stop it.
I thought this was OCD but the psychiatrist I went to see yesterday told me that my suspicion comes as a result of schizophrenia instead of OCD. And he prescribed 200mg Zoloft, 3mgRisperidone,and 30mg Buspirone. I felt so uncomfortable with the idea of staying on such a high dose of an antipsychotic, but he reassured me that 3mgRisperidone can help augmentant antidepressants to treat OCD even if my condition is not schizophrenia.
What do you think? Do you guys think Risperidone can augment antidepressants to battle OCD?I tried all the SSRIs and SNRIs (enough dose.enough time),but none of them worked for me, also tried Abilify augmentation,it didn't work either.
