Hi...well you will likely get a wide range of answers. Many seem to be good, in favour of Nortriptyline with an maoi. I personally found (minus the maoi) that nortriptyline was wayyy too noradrenic. I am now trying clomipramine, but know you can't mix with maoi's. Scott (SLS) on this board is quite knowledgeable on using Nortriptyline with an maoi. Try to contact him.

Dx: PTSD, Bipolar II with MDD and severe GAD, NOS :)Rx:Risperidone 1 mg bid, Prozac, 80mg daily, Clomipramine, 100mg daily, Clonazepam 4mg, Zyprexa 20mg HS, and Clonidine .6mg.
