yes I agree and when I was taking it I didn't have racing thoughts per se but I still had a ton of fear and I was hoping that it would helped my anxiety towards the fear, maybe in time it would of but the fear was too over powering...maybe I can get through it this time. I was taking 2.5 mgs of valium to help me get through the anxiety of taking it lol it helped and I may have to do that again for a few days till I get use it again.
