I took 18 mg of Emsam for a while. It would have been a great anti-depressant if I could just get more than 4-5hrs of sleep a night. I cut a lot of patches and the dose seemed to correspond with % of the size I cut.
Emsam is a good AD. No sex side-effects, but need something really strong to help you sleep.
