I am supposed to add carbs back in a couple of days (sweet potatoes, brown rice, complex carbs but minimally) but you are supposed go through a week or two of "ketosis" where your body learned to feed off fats and proteins, thereby kick-starting your weight loss.

I'm wondering if one is cancelling out the other??
