I am leaning towards 10 mg of Valium once a day at night, because I do not want sexual side effects from Celexa, or the lethargy and weight gain from Remeron.
I also take 17.5 mg of Zyprexa, so Remeron might not be a good addition (it could cause even more lethargy and weigh gain).
