I don't mind taking a "me too" drug if it were to mean that I could then be included in the "me too" club of treatment responders. It might be that a subtle difference in drugs will convert a TRD into a treatment success. For every new drug that becomes available, a certain percentage of previously treatment-resistant individuals will respond to it.
