You could try Brintellix (vortioxetine) instead. It is not a DA receptor antagonist. It does not produce 1-PP. It has SERT inhibition, 5-HT1a partial agonism, and 5-HT7 antagonism. It should have little, if any, sexual side effects. It is new.
