I am not a big fan of Fetzima. I think that if you HAD to have to an SNRI, then you should totally switch to Fetzima based on what you wrote down here. But, if you decide to go off Effexor, you're opening yourself up to a whole world of antidepressants, and I believe Fetzima is one of the weaker ones out there.
