What Happened to Simple Med Questions?

Seems all I read if even read on here anymore are questions about such complex medical conditions I sure wouldn't want to be the doctor or doctors dealing with them. Don't people take a few meds if any. And why so medical conditions with meds for them also. I wonder if any one doctor tries to cut them down or at least eliminate some? Phillipa
