Ive hiked at least 3 miles most days since 2004, but was always active my whole life. This has been the most important habit to help with sleep, depression, anxiety, all things mental...I lift weights too, but sometimes let that aspect slide. As Ive gotten older, Ive started to enjoy more stretching and balance exercises too.
