Quetiapine + Trycyclics-Interactions?

Been reading some alarming things about the possible interactions with Quetiapine & Trycyclics

Would a relativivly low dose of Quetiapine, 200mg
interact with Desipramine or Nortryptaline?
Any thoughts or experiences?
