Is the antidepressant Fetzima 'energizing'?

Can anyone say if the antidepressant Fetzima is "energizing" or "activating" as opposed to "sedating"?

Thanks in advance for all responses.

Yes, I'm now on 40 mg. but I've felt nothing at all. Years and years ago I was on Effexor but didn't do anything for me.
