I was on Zyprexa 7.5 mg for many months and did notice the odd twitch but was not sure if it was the med or just me. My cousin in Denmark has been on 20 mg for years and years and has not had any issues. I don't know whether or not you should be worried. If the twitching persists I would definitely ask for an alternative. Keep in mind that clozapine comes with its own set of side effects. Best to discuss all this with your pdoc. Discontinuing an antipsychotic can be tricky. Sorry I can't be of more help.
