Hi, I've had really bad insomnia for the past 7 years and I recently tried the Sleep Cycle App for my iphone to monitor my sleep habits and I have to say it works perfectly. The only issue with it is it's hard to tell how long you have been awake for before you fall back asleep. You could easily be off by about 15 minutes when you look at their graph, but other than that it's shockingly accurate. I didn't think it would work at first and I'm not sure how it works, but it does. I thought this might be useful to the babbler that have insomnia.
