I may be mistaken, but I think Cymbalta approved by the FDA for diabetic neuropathy right around the time that it was approved for the treatment of depression. From what I have observed, Cymbalta can work wonders for a variety of pain disorders. Of course, there are no guarantees. Do you think that the antinociceptive effects of Cymbalta are exaggerated?
