I think the Viibryd might be making you cyclothymic. This is not a terrible thing, but I would definitely excercise caution with your judgement. Upping he dose will exacerbate the problem.
OR
You could have had an anxiety reaction about starting a new med.
Either way, I would give the Viibryd a little time before you assess its benefit to cost ratio.
I have been on Viibryd and found it very helpful. I would compare its efficacy to Lexapro.
