Yes to all three!I remember arguing with you about nicotine many years ago. You were right (as usual).
HNK and alpha-7 nicotinic receptors:

Perhaps NMDA receptor blockade is not the mechanism by which ketamine produces antidepressant effects. That would be very convenient.
