I have taken tianeptine for several years, after having very poor experiences with all the other groups of ADs. It is mild, but has an anti-anxiety effect which seems to quickly become anti-depressant as well. It, rTMS and therapy seemed to have all helped a lot , so that my depression now varies between mild and absent.
I don't think you can getcamineptine any longer.
