...but only if severe anxiety is present.

The main problem here appears to be daytime fatigue. Antipsychotics can cause fatigue.

Other common causes of fatigue may include:

1. Excessive alcohol intake. This is a major cause for many people with mental health problems.
2. Lack of regular exercise.
3. Poor quality of sleep at night.
4. Poor diet/nutrition.
5. Medical problems such as thyroid disease, anemia and diabetes.

These issues may need to be looked into by a doctor if fatigue is a problem. Some blood tests may be taken.
