Hi Chinaboy,
If my understanding is correct, Nardil is generally thought to be most effective at doses ranging from 60 mg to 90 mg, although I have heard of 45 mg being used, mainly as a maintenance dose.
In my past experience with Nardil, I recall experiencing strong feelings of drowsiness early on in my trial before I started experiencing what might have been therapeutic effects from the medication. Could this (the drowsiness) be what you're experiencing now? If my understanding is correct, it can usually take six to eight weeks or longer on Nardil before one begins to get a good idea as to what the medication's longer-term effects are going to look like. For how long have you been taking Nardil? And for how long have you been at 90 mg?
