One would think cariprazine would be good for negative symptoms. I acts like Abilify, but with a greater potency for the D3 receptors in limbic structures thought to be involved in reward and motivation.

You already knew that, apparently.

I don't know. It works well enough for the US FDA to approve it. However they wanted more data on dosing.
