I took it with 90mg/day Nardil no problem. Also taken with Emsam 6mg patch and I found it to be overstimulating causing slight tremor, hyperactivity and insomnia. Also taken it with Cymbalta 60mg, Savella 100mg. I would say these were full doses. It's great for days when I needed extra help.
