If you think you had a heart attack, you should go to a medical hospital without delay. There are blood tests to show whether you have or have not. But I have to tell you, I periodically get severe chest pain right in the center of my chest. It might last half-an-hour. The first time it happened, I was stuck in traffic and thought I would die of a heart attack. Then I burped and the pain went away.
Now, I gulp water when it happens (and it happens a lot and is scary and painful) to force myself to burp. Air bubbles can get stuck in your esophagus and feel exactly like a heart attack. Best solution is to eat or drink something rapidly to dislodge the bubble. This has nothing to do with psych drugs, if that's what it is. The problem started many years before I ever took a med.
