When I say "piece of" plantain, I mean just two or three bites. I know you live in Germany, and I think that in Europe, plantain is a weed or herb. The plantain I'm talking about looks like a banana. I think it's called Zwergbanana in German. It's a resistant starch, so it acts as a prebiotic. Plantain is available in powder or flour form, at least in the US.
