There's a lot of info out there about the lack of sexual side effects with Brintellix but I experience similar sexual side effects with Brintellix as I did with Zoloft. Perhaps I'm in a very small minority but with this being a very new drug be careful with assumptions regarding side effect claims this early on since the sample pool is still relatively small.

Also keep in mind that I also take propranolol for essential tremor that may have some impact - however I never had issues with this when I was on propranolol alone. I recognize the combination of a beta blocker plus antidepressant could possibly give me more difficulties in this area than a typical person perhaps. I don't know for sure. I'm also additionally on Topamax for migraine prevention. I have no idea how these different medications may be stacking up and possibly influencing side effects of each drug. So take that for what it's worth.
