I have the options of Brintellix of Luvox and of Pristiq.
I am leaning towards Luvox since it appears to have the lowest risk of psychosis to me.

Zyprexa 12.5mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
Metformin 2425mg
Effexor 37.5mg
