Ah, I see.
Ketamine is definitely being used for treatment at university hospitals in Berlin (Universitätsmedizin Berlin-Charité). The only links I'm finding there are in German. (http://psychiatrie.charite.de/patienten/behandlung_von_depressionen/behandlung_von_depressionen_mit_ketamin/)
There is also research being done at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Here's a link to their program: https://www.unige.ch/medecine/psyat/en/research-groups/916kosel/ I could imagine that hospitals in Zurich or Bern have similar programs.
If they can't help you directly, maybe they have contacts closer to where you are located that are working with ketamine either in research or clinical practice.
In the worst-case scenario, I would try to get my hands on medical ketamine and try to administer it myself. Of course, one must make a thorough risk-benefit assessment for that...
