Yes, absolutely. The main mechanism of action in Lamotrogine affecting your oCD is its glutamate inhibiting action. The higher the dose the more glutamate inhibition occurs.we want to inhibit glutamate in people with OCD because levels of glutamatein in OCD patients tend to be abnormally high.
