Vraylar was reported in clinical trials to produce akathisia at a rate similar to that of Abilify. Rexulti was a little better. You could either wait to see how others react to these drugs first, or try them anyway. You would know within a week whether or not akathisia emerges. Vraylar looks good for depression and negative symptoms. I haven't studied Rexulti as much. It might be better for psychosis while retaining some antidepressant properties, but that is only a guess based upon its pharmacology.
