Effexor + Buspar = Serotonin syndrome?

Am i at risk?

I am not on a high dose of either substance (see below).

schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
Effexor 75 mg
Metformin 2000mg
Buspar 5mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
Some Vitamin D
