SJW is making me pre psychotic

At the lowest possible dose. I cant get on Cannabidiol until April. I cant go to hospital because there i wouldnt get cannabidiol.
Options?
I want to take 200mg lithium carbonate ontop of the lithium orotate that i take now. Extended release lithium carbonate.
schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
Very low dose neurapas balance (St Johns Wort)
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
5.000 IU Vitamin D
