Blood levels of 25(OH)D3 are not linear with dose. And, individual response is idiosyncratic. You and I could take the same dose and have very different blood concentrations.

If you have a particular blood concentration target in mind, you'll have to find the dose required by experimentation, and repeat blood tests.

Personally, I think any target concentration over 70 ng/ml is excessive.
