i know i said i would research on lamotragine, i will....i've been putting it off because i've been procrastining but i've noticed lamotragine when i take a lamictal after i drink and i get depressed from alcohol it eliminates the mental depression from alcohol
Alcohol - this is how for me, unless i have high amounts over the legal limit, will i stay in euphoric drunk state, but if i just drink 2 beers.....ughhh depressed like hell, i don't know why i but i perfer large amounts, usally 80proof alcohol, to get a fun night going, i havent done that in a long time, usally when im very drunk everything seems like a dream, i somewhat be aware of reality but when i get back to a sober state, it seems like i was dream, hung over too, then i regret whatever stupid thing i attempted or said while drunk. I havent been drunk in a long time, 2-3 beers is not drunk for me, it's causes mental depression for reason, it has to high amounts of alcohol to get in a fun night, usally with friends at bar, then you pass out after all the fun is over, and find yourself with a huge headache, litterly you feel sick for a day after being hungover........
but for some reason lamotragine stablizes the alcohol depression from low to moderate amounts, it makes it go away i guess it stablizes the nuerons that are being lowed due to the depressant effect. But this is my view, someone else could totally have a diffrent reaction with lamotragine with alcohol, it could intensify it's effect i read that somewhere googling
there's a an old saying i heard from a movie, if you drink alone you have a problem.....rather drink with friends, and have fun
but has anyone else had a similar feeling? you take 200-300mg while your depressed on alcohol, it makes it leave
