Parnate and Prune Juice

How safe is Parnate with Prune Juice. I know that dried Prunes are cautioned against, but what about juice? Its a constipation issue. Actually I remember that in the hospital they gave me prune juice for constipation when I was on 40 mg of Parnate. Since the nurses gave it to me I never thought about it, and dont recall any problem. Thanks, Rick
