Suppose the only tools you have are a hammer and a saw. Just because the hammer just bangs up the screw, doesn't mean the saw is the right tool to use. Psychiatry is very limited.

If you start with the belief that psychiatry knows all the diagnosis' and has appropriate treatments for each, then you have made a logical error.

If an SSRI makes you impotent, does that mean the original diagnosis wasn't depression, but rather erectile dysfunction?
