I'm currently taking 60 mg TID following a 3:2:1 regimen (30 mg am, 20 mg noon, 10 mg late afternoon). I don't know if I'm being too concerned about this; my doc doesn't really specialize in maois, and says the medication can be flexibly adjusted however to reduce side effects. Still I'm wondering if I should take it BID, 30-30 for instance.

When I was at 60mg Parnate I took 20mg 3 x per day. I took all three doses fairly early in the day because each dose made me feel a bit "speedy". I did take them hours apart tho.
