>Luvox is the SSRI least apt to worsen psychosis.

SSRIs do not usually worsen psychosis in people who take an antipsychotic at the same time, unless they are prone to manic or mixed episodes, in which case all SSRIs have the potential to aggravate certain symptoms. Some people may be more affected by one SSRI than another.

>Luvox is the SSRI least apt to cause sexual side effects. (Aside from Viibryd and Brintellix)

Luvox allegedly causes less ejaculatory dysfunction that the worst offenders eg. paroxetine.

>Luvox is likely to help psychosis and anxiety.

It's likely to help some types of anxiety, but not all. I doubt it will help psychosis, at least not on its own.

The main issues with Luvox are nausea, drowsiness/fatigue and withdrawal symptoms when stopped.
