Absolutely. Mildly elevated results are exceptionally common and usually irrelevant.
If anything major was going to have happened to your liver, it would have occurred much earlier in the course of treatment.
You could get the test repeated in a month, but it may not be worthwhile. Liver panels are ordered to excess and often lead to unnecessary investigations. They are generally only useful if symptoms of liver disease are present.
