> ?Hey. I'm just coming off Marplan and switching back to Nardil after 10yrs. Differences? I would say Marplan is the stronger antidepressant and you can really bully it too, with dosage and a good few ad-dons. Anxiety? You will probably find u need a benzo or some other anxiolitic. Nardil of course already decreases ones anxiety by itself. Side effects are the same. Urine retention (keep an eye on those kidneys;). Constipation, ILL SEXUAL HEALTH! Viagra don't do diddly. And low postural hypo-tension.
Yea, Parnate doesn't seem to interact with NRI's (inc amphetamine). In fact it helps protect against hypertensive crises. A study done using Parnate and Edronax (reboxetine). Not sure about Dexedrine's DRI effects on Marplan or Nardil. Posibly too much.
As with Nardil, Marplans side effects WILL GO, slooowly. Just need to be darn patient!Good luck!
