Ive already found some ways to improve the situation: Trazodone helps with the sleep and, with gabapentin, eases the detachment and apathy for the first part of the day; alpha and beta blockers can help with the anxiety and anger at times.
So maybe there's a way to address the fear, sedation, and irritability without stopping parnate altogether. I was hoping someone would have an idea because prescribers have no experience with the MAOIs
