i've had sleep depriation before, but i read an article that insomnia and sleep deprivation increase dopamine levels in the brain, it's doing it to keep the systems going because there exhausted, like what the body when it has a fever, there's a virus or some contagion in body, and it pumps the body tenpeture to high levels aka fever in response. But this is a study i found: it is pretty acurate, when i had sleepless nights, the next day i was more harsh, and forced into being awake
