concerta is a long long acting form of methyphendiate, around 8-10 hours, its .. yes it's in a way advanced because of the extened release mechanism, which is diffrent from spansule form, or Ritilin LA is diffrent
but yes cocnerta's release mechansim is kinda advanced, there's focalin xr, which is d-methyphenidate, it's same thing as comparing amphetamine, and dextro amphetamine, dexamphtamine is stronger and more potent than levo/dextro amphetamine, the main difference is dexedrine and focalin work more on dopamine, their more direct in effects, while as methylphenidate and amphetamine work more on norepinephrine and dopamine, there not as quite potent as the dextro form
methylphenidate would be better for attention, where as dexmethylphenidate is better direct focus and motivation
everything can change like that, and all these years go by so fast, but nothing lasts forever
