Dirty is nice, isn't it?

antihistamine effect isn't anxiolytic.
Most probably it is the combination of strong SRI + anticholinergic effects + 5HT antagonism.

It's that strong. :-) Honestly I think the social anxiety benefit from it is probably due to the very strong antihistamine effect more than anything else. The serotonin stuff and norepinephrine stuff helps.
