Yes I have tried cortisol pills for adrenal fatigue. I took low doses to replace just what was missing, which I think was just 2.5mg to 5mg. It was years ago.

Did it help how I felt? Actually no. Neither did any of the common adrenal fatigue supplements on the market.

What did help, what resolved it totally, was longterm (months) of adaptogen herbs which balance cortisol - Ashwagandha and Rdodiola rosea. There is also Eleuthero and Cordyceps and some others. The entire anti-lyme supplement thing restores adrenal function to normal. But it takes time, it takes a diet change, and it takes herbs.
